Down Payment Loan Calculation Example
As of September 6, 2023, the down payment loan has an interest rate of 7.00% (effective interest rate 7.19%). No fees apply, and the maximum term is 6 months. The total amount to be paid for a down payment loan of 300 000 SEK with a term of 3 months would then be 305 250 SEK. Provided that the current home purchase is financed through a mortgage brokered by Söderberg & Partners Mortgage, and with Borgo as the lender, the interest rate for the down payment loan is reduced to 0% (effective interest rate 0%). No fees apply, and the maximum term is still 6 months. The total amount to be paid for a down payment loan of 300 000 SEK with a term of 3 months would then be 300 000 SEK. Söderberg & Partners Mortgage AB acts as a mortgage broker. Borgo AB (publ) is the lender.
